Sales is increasingly a complex profession where study and experience make the difference, but never before has it required a company that helps salespeople learn, that has an established, effective and constantly evolving sales method.

A marketing department that generates leads using all the channels available today.

Unfortunately, the sales situation in many companies is still stuck at the 0.0 level despite the fact that they export 4.0 technologies and methodologies.

Their great marketing effort is the phrase: 'We are the market leader'. which alone should cause sales to soar exponentially....

The paradox is then found in companies in the IT sector that are 90% like this.

I know this because I have worked there for decades, worse than cobblers with broken shoes.

Software houses selling CRM and not having it for their sales force.

Non-existent internal training.

No coaching of new salespeople.

Commercial training non-existent.

Marketing department this unknown.

Cold calls as the new sales frontier....

Former customers of the new salesman ready to sell everything to buy the new software and/or services of the company where you work now....( This is what their "managers" expect).

Sales meetings, when present, worse than the fried piadina festival.

Selling what doesn't exist

Motivational tools of a Burundi worker and rewarding incentives that if unfortunately (for them) you achieve are then paid out possibly in brumaio...

This is the scenario with obviously white flies who can only further benefit from this situation.
